wellllllll helllllooooooooooo!

hardy har har, sorry its been months but, got to do what i got to do ya know. Hey, so how are you? What have you been up to? Are you feeling well? Did you have a good July?Did you have a good June? hmmmm well..... I DID!

I celebrated by 29th birthday in June and started to feel extremely OLD. I know 29 isn't old, but there once was a list I had that had all these things I wanted to do before I turned 30. I have been able to check off only half of it. I made it during an activity while I was in young woman's when I was 16.

Soooooooooooo now I am going to write a new list to do before I am 40. yuk, even saying that number makes me shiver and cringe. Do you have a list? Can I get your help to make mine? I have a few things in mind. Wanna take a look and let me know what cha think?

1. Stop cringing at the number 40.
2. Make more money.
3. Finish writing this list.
4. Get better at sending cards to loved ones.
5. Challenge myself more.
6. Go on an actual VACATION.
7. Give thanks more.
8. Write more.
9. Get more in shape and healthy.
10. Quit smoking. (yeah i know)

So that's what I have so far. As far as number 9 goes, well remember when i told you a while back that Aaron and I have been working out together and eating more healthy? well i failed at that attempt and he followed thru, leaving me in the dust he has lost about 27 pounds already. And now, I am afraid of the "boob job syndrome".

So I have been more in the mind set of beating him these last couple of days. I have been researching more and more about doing things the healthy way. As well as watching a bunch of my main vloggers (ie: http://www.youtube.com/user/SHAYTARDS and http://www.youtube.com/user/PhilipDeFranco) and philip DeFranco is doing a weight loss challenge called "loosing an Olsen twin". He recently went to VidCon and met up with these girls: http://toneitup.tv/    and they sent him some stuff to help him. So I researched into them and the things they do/have. Needless to say im feeling good about leaving Aaron in my dust.

So if you have any ideas or suggestions in helping me with this goal, post em or send me an email. I would say facebook me, but due to recent DrAmA!!!!, i deleted my account. Besides, isnt the new facebook, youtube anyways? I joined, so should you.

As for the girls, they are back in school. Aspen in 5th and Autumn in 3rd. I like the teachers this year. They both seem to be getting along good this year, well at least so far, they only have been in school for a week and a half.  But we did have to make a visit to the E.R. for aspen last week. She was running around and hit her head at recess and got a concussion. She is doing good now but we feel bad for not allowing her to play (per Dr.s orders) and she has all this energy pent up and, well, i seriously need to find something she can do to get rid of it. We just went to the FOY family reunion on Saturday, ( i was only partially there do to my migraine season) and auntie Dawn wanted to take the girls to the canyons in Park City, but Aspen couldn't go so Autumn went alone.  She had a blast! She was so worn out from an all day adventure that she completely crashed after school on Monday.  We felt bad for Aspen so on Sunday while Autumn was up in park city, we took Aspen to lunch at her choice, she got to choose anything she wanted, then we went to a movie of her choice. She felt so spoiled, it was a day just about her and what SHE wanted and without any influence or whining from her sister! She was on cloud nine and there was no doubt that you could tell. That was until Autumn got home and told her about the slide and the roller coaster and the swimming pool and  the rock climbing wall and the bungee jumping trampolines, etc etc etc. Needless to say Autumn is now sick and Aspen doesn't feel so bad now.

Well thats it for now. I am really trying to get in here and talk to you more often. So, thanks for listening (reading). Talk to you soon.

And don't forget to check out www.shaycarl.com and watch the shaytard daily vloggs! They have become my family's "family night", every night!
