stitches and new phone

So today is Wednesday and you know what that means, yep a new post. However this post is a special one because i am doing it entirely by speaking into my new phone. remember how i told you that i got Aaron a new phone for his birthday and how i was so jealous of it. well he told me,after several attempts to take his as my own, to just order myself one. so i did. yep i got the new DroidX and i haven't put it down for a second, ok maybe i did while i was sleeping but you get the point right?

So Friday I got a phone call from Aaron, he said "i love you, so, I'm gonna tell you something and I don't want you to freak out and make a big deal out of it ok" In my head I'm thinking, oh gosh, he just got into an accident. so I replied "are you okay, what happened?" he said that he was in the hospital because he fell of a 6 foot latter at work and cut his head." I'm thinking the worst right now so i calmly respond with "are you okay, hows your back?" we talked for a minute and he told me what hospital he was at so I called my neighbor and asked if she could watch the girls while I go to the hospital. She is so wonderful! I got to the hospital and a guy who he works with, Dave, took him to the hospital and stayed around until I got there, He saw me and immediately bolted out of the room, looking completely flush. He can't handle blood very well. Aaron had to have 16 stitches in his forehead right above his brow and banged up his body pretty good.  He gets his stitches out this Friday, and has already gone back to the doctor for a follow up, hes back has been hurting and he cant really move his neck. When I sent a picture to my family and friends showing them his stitches, they asked what happened and my reply to everybody was "he got out of hand so I had to beet him".  I also said this to the nurse who was checking us out of the ER when we were leaving and she looked at me with shock and as soon as I saw her face I irremediably realized that they don't take these things lightly anymore and felt stupid while she was writing notes. Aaron told her what really happened, and when he said it, I almost responded with Yeah that's what I tell him to say so nobody will know how bad it is at home.... oh my gosh, I couldn't stop laughing in my head but, again realized that she wouldn't take it as a joke and decided not to say anything more while we were there. So there is a lovely picture of Aaron's battle wounds at the bottom of this post: ******DISCRETION IS ADVISED, THIS IS A GRAPHIC PHOTO, THOSE WHO CAN NOT HANDLE BLOOD, DO NOT LOOK******

Our weekend after the hospital was very relaxing, because Aaron couldn't really do much, or drive for that matter, we decided to stay home and have a chill out weekend. We watched movies, played games, and just seriously relaxed! We ended up naming our cute little cat, Jack. Its been strangely tough for us to call him a He and not a SHE. Jack has made the house his home and has completely loved on the girls, he wont leave their side. Foster doesn't care if Jack is there or not, He keeps his distance and just leaves him be. Kloe on the other hand, cant stand that Jack wont let her near him, but she tries and tries again. Luckily Kloe is quick, otherwise we might be getting stitches for Kloe too.
