Well its Sunday, so I will make this short and sweet.
Sundays we usually sit around and just enjoy family time together, due to the fact that it is the only day that all of us are home. We started off the day with a wonderful breakfast of baked eggs in tomatoes. After breakfast I asked what everyone wanted for lunch, Autumn replied with Ice cream, Aspen replied with Bacon, and Aaron with bright eyes and a smile on his face said "Bacon on ice cream". Needless to say we had Ice cream for lunch. I figured that would be a good healthy lunch right? no? well I guess it depends on who you ask. Ask any Foy and they will tell you that Ice cream is a staple for any meal!
We had a great day and a it seemed to be a great end to a great week. On another note, my food blog will be coming back, its going to be tweaked a bit due to the Gluten Free needs of the family chef.
