Giddy giddy gobble gobble

Yeah I lacked on the blogging but I have been enjoying family time!

Let's start with Wednesday! I worked half a day and found out that I now have a permanent crossing! We spent the rest if the day relaxing and doing some grocery shipping for things I needed to make for the next day. It was a nice and relaxing night!

Thursday I spent the morning preparing the vegetable dish for the big meal. I also made some of my yummy gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! We drove across the universe to Aaron's parents house and I survived! We had a wonderful time with his family and eating some yummy things. I was able to eat almost everything except the stuffing and pies.

It was a pleasant surprise when we got back into cell phone service all the text messages I got from everyone including from someone whom I haven't spoke to for about 13 years or so. I spent the rest of the ride home chatting with him and it was refreshing and put more thanks in my thanksgiving.

After we got home and let the dogs out we headed to my parents house where we played games until about midnight. The games ten thousand and bill shit were played and fun was had while laughter filled the air!

Friday morning Aaron did his black Friday shopping and purchased himself some running shoes and gear and the girls some new Utah utes hoodies. . We got tickets to the Utah Colorado game and didn't tell the girls because we wanted to surprise them. By the time we were all bundled up in our red and started to head out the door, they figured it out.

This was the first football game I've been to, other than high school games. The forecast called for snow and rain so were went prepared. By the end of the first quarter I was freezing my butt off and autumn already had put her snowboarding pants on.

We sat next to a group of people that had seemed to bring a full bar with them. The following was what bugged me the worst. Two women, one looked about 45 and the other about 23. The two men with them seemed to be about the same. My daughters were sitting the closest to them. When I am at a social event and when I see kids around me I act accordingly. I would have respect. But this group didn't care. By the end of the first stripping lap dance they performed on their guys, aspen was watching them intently and started to stuck her butt out and dance provocatively. So I told Aaron to go sit next to the drunk idiot foursome and have the girls sit in between them. I honestly couldn't figure out who was who in that group. The youngest girl would kiss one man while running her hand down the other mans pants. Then she would start kissing the other guy. They were gone for the second and third quarter and when they came back I swear they were baked and sexually satisfied because they went from girls gone wild to almost passing out.

Now don't get me wrong, what anyone does with their life is fine, it's how they want to live it. I've been a little wild in my days too. But honestly if your sitting next to children, don't strip down and give a lap dance.

The game didn't go very well because the utes lost but all in all it was a good time. After the game we went to Applebee's for dinner and enjoyed our little family time. Our waitress was awesome and helped me with my dietary needs, as well as autumns crazy likes and dislikes.

Saturday I went to get my hair done by my talented sister at her new salon. I haven't had someone else actually cut my hair in years! I loooooovve getting my hair played with, not to mention having it washed! If someone else could wash my hair every day, I would be in heaven. I then went to big o to have the nail in my new tire fixed and then headed home.

It's been a nice and relaxing holiday and much needed time off. I am now making a turkey dinner for dinner tonight because Aaron apparently didn't get enough turkey. This will be the first turkey I have ever cooked but I'm sure I can pull it off. If not I'm glad I have health insurance :-).

I hope you all had a wonderful thanksgiving and some much needed family time!
